DurjoyDutta is one of the well-known fiction writers at present time. At very young age his many works had been published, and win the heart of the youth of India. His books are chiefly containing different, interesting, heart touching, emotional, and sometimes unbelievable, and more exaggeration in presentation. It is also very famous story or we can say novel by him. I like this very much because of the story telling style, the diary which is the narrator reading, and the story itself.

There are three plots in the novel, and all three goes to gather at the course of the novel, the three love stories.
1.      Deb and Avantika
2.      Shreyand Tiya
3.      Rahul and Deveeka
This three plots keeps interests of the readers, and because of these three plots the course of the story lengthen, but at some points useless description is tiresome and one may put it off at half, but the Diary will not allow you to do that. The real hearth and the pulse of the story is love story of Rahul and Devika the other two comes between the course of the progression of that story. I’m sure whoever read this book will impressed by the style of writing diary.
            It is clearly visible that it is written by two writers, it is collaboration of two people, though they have tried their best to keep it unrelieved but it could not. Even some vulgarity in description and language is obvious as written by young writer but it is very common now days. But it is not even easy to find that which portion is written by whom?
            The main plot of the novel is quest of a publisher who found a personal diary of somebody, who he believes dead in the bomb blast at Delhi, as it was founded near that place and some of the pages were burnt. In beginning of the novel Deb has terrible experience of bomb blast, and thus could not sleep for many days. Then he started reading diary and as I have said before, he was very much impressed by the style of writing, like a Greek philosopher.

since we have never talked. But unrequited,
untold love is the purest form of love.
There is no pretense in that.’

It has been two days and I have not seen her
around. I wonder where she is. She looks like
someone who studies a lot and doesn’t miss any
classes. Maybe she is on a date with someone.
Maybe not. I hope not. I will ask her name tomorrow.
The guy at the stationery shop will say
if he’ll be able to find that out for me. I don’t
even know which section she is in. I have missed
seeing her the last two days.
I wish to see her tomorrow.


For him now it is the only aim to find out the owner of that diary. But how is the big question? He squeezed the diary through many time to get clue, at least his name. reading after reading. But he has no idea.
            A girl for whom the diary was written and the boy who was never able to express his true feeling for her, and she was never realized that that Deb get from the diary. Now he felt that it should be given to that girl for whom it was written, and she really deserve it, at least after the death of that boy she would realize that there was somebody who loved him like nothing anything.
            By reading and rereading and with the help of Tiya and Shrey he was able to start his quest. But without name, address and even without a single clue that can lead, it is not easy to find out. But still he tried by the frequent name of the places that were written in diary. Through Dev we read the diary of R.D. the way of writing, expressing, and describing things, people and emotions is fantastic. His feelings and emotions he has for a girl , who never had respect or any importance for him. But he always stand beside her in every situation either it is joy, happiness, sorrow, or pain, but he never left her alone to suffer. He did not change in a single manner though she sometimes behave rudely with her.
            Meanwhile the reading and the quest for the boy many things happens in the course of the novel, some are unbelievable, some are nonsense, ridiculous, and some you will feel writer is playing with your mantle state. Like Shrey and Tiya met Dev in Haridwar, Then Hydrabad, Avantika come to join them is surprising, visit of Gandhinagar to met Rahul's sister. One by one secretes are turning up, like we are reading detective story. And the end I would say unbelievable. Read it if you are interested in.

#Masaan movie review

Recently released Bollywood movie “#Masaan” highly appreciated in ‘Cannes Film Festival’ for its cinematography, symbols, dialogues, acting and storytelling. But, I’m sure most of you haven’t even heard the name of the movie. It was released in last July. Souls are said to be liberated in Kashi, and #Masaan(Smashan). Very Brief Summary of The White Tiger by Arvind Adiga

The white tiger novel published in 2008 by Indian young writer Arvind Adiga, which won him glittering Man Booker Prize of the year 2008. The novel presents India in quite different and unacceptable way and by and large this India would be unexpected by most Indians. The novel has simple plot that how a poor man from countryside becomes an entrepreneur in present globalizing India.                                     The story is divided in six nights every night he tells the biography of an entrepreneur.
