Why the worlds most of knowledge begins with Plato or Aristotle?

Is it because they were super human being most knowledgeable persons until now, or is it because we have history which starts from these two intellectuals. My answer to this question is related to third part of these answers above mentioned. Yeah of course it is because our history or let me be precise our documented histories starts from Plato, not only in matter of the history but in other fields of knowledge too. As he is called the father of philosophy right but what if he would have not documented that philosophy- human memory is very short we forget things in very short time- he is still remembered its only because he has documented his philosophy and his knowledge regarding things and its nature. No doubt they were prodigy in these fields but they would have been forgetted if they were/are not written anywhere. Writing is not just an activity to learn the language only, but it is the process to immortalize your thoughts, feeling, knowledge, and even your self. People tends to forget people but not the written words, it will live on and with that it eternalizes its maker.

One of my PG teacher( I'm not mentioning his name because he doesn't like to be praised, but if you are reading this than it is you) used to say "documentation is necessary" and agree with him. In fact the purpose of remembering him here is to mention his contribution in furnishing my mind and its working.

In those days in department(Department of English MKBU) we were motivated to participate in various competition and programmes by other departments and by university. But at the end when we returned back to department after attempting, he used to ask us to show the documents(photographs, written, or other media) irrespective of its forms. In such cases they were the proofs of our (classmates) participation. And at the end of the span of two years there was a huge amount of documents to select best from that and that selected documents took shape of memorabilia. I think and believe that documentation means to be remembered, to be alive with the past in the present. I'm very greatful to him that I learned directly or indirectly the skill of documenting the things from him.

Another person whose reference should be made here is one of my best friend from Department. Here too its not necessary to name her (because I believe namelessness gives universality and multiplicity). She uses to write diary I don't know what she write- but not important to me but she writes it is. But she used to tell me, insisted, suggested and inspired to document my thoughts and opinions, in fact at that time I did not know what is notable but now I do. Writing/documenting is not only an activity but in words of Francis Bacon 

"Reading maketh a full man; conference a ready man; and writing an exact man."

So, if you are thinking, feeling, reading, understanding and knowing and yet not started writing than start writing, good thoughts and knowledge comes in mind but our mind has to deal with so many other tasks that it soon forget or overlaps our thought by something else. Note down what you wish to, or what you think it should be or it is notable, do not hesitate, don't care about right or wrong just do it black and white. Who knows when these written turn out to be worthy or being recognize as knowledge (though we don't know what actually it is- thus can't say right now).
